New York, New York

After more than 24 hours in the air, I never felt more liberated standing on my two feet on firm hard ground.

I have arrived in New York safely after transiting at Tokyo, then waiting in LA airport while scrambling around all the crazy terminals in LA trying to find my check-in counter.

And not to mention I took the first dare of my US trip by going ahead with a "taxi driver" who offered to bring us to our hostel. He does not drive a taxi but ferries customers in his car. Apparently, he is not the only one but many others do the same as well. He approached my friends and I guess due to the jet lag they agreed without finding out more. But, everyone is tired and it is not the time to point fingers. Hence, I was just praying all the way while in his car and prying my eyes wide open that he goes along the New York City route.

Thank God, I am now in NYC hostel. Although I am sharing room with 3 others excluding my friends and the toliets remind me of NTU hostel's toliets, it's okay! I am sure God will bring me through.

Will post more pictures and talk more. I am hungry, tired and everything now. Just thank God I have reached New York safe and sound :D

Thanks everyone for your messages!

In His Love,
Sunshine
